When Hussain connected with me online and shared their story, I instantly fell in love! Who knew your soul mate was in a whole different country on the other side of the world?! Spending most of their time getting to know each other during COVID, Hussain and Sana knew that they were for each other. Getting to spend time with a few portraits around the gorgeous property, it was fun to explore and really experience the little moments. This couple is very laid back and when I challenged them to play a simple game of rock paper scissors, their eyes lit up in competition; I had started an unknown war. As a photographer it's my job to help practical strangers become comfortable with me in front of the camera and document their authentic selves. This couple specifically was very adamant that they didn't want posed photos and really valued the candids; so that's what I gave them! I may not have captured the most epic of jaw dropping moments but this day is close to my heart because of how much laughter was present as they enjoyed every single moment as if it was their first wedding event.
