Hey, I'm Fareeda! I'm a hopeless romantic and absolutely love photographing weddings in addition to my busy career as a nurse! I've been shooting weddings for 5+ years and love all opportunities to second shoot/ lead shoot for other photographers. What can I say? I'm a people person and deeply enjoy connecting with people and helping translate that to photos for couples.
I treat every wedding as if it were my own and give each couple the exact same energy. I'm truly here for the love of the game and you'll get the same effort and attention to detail in every shot that I give to my own work. Couples deserve beautiful images they can cherish and fall in love with and I'm always happy to be apart of that process in whatever capacity!
I'm a super outgoing person and love to make people feel comfortable. When I'm working for you, I bring that personality with me to help you in whatever capacity that you need! I'll jump to fix a bridal train, move items out of your shot, make sure the guys don't have bulging items in their pockets, and yell out names during family photos (I've been told I have a commanding presence and run a tight ship 🫡). You don't have to worry about holding my hand on the wedding day as I can definitely hold my own! I'm all about open communication and want to hear everything that you need and want me to do beforehand, so that I operate as an extension of you as a second photographer / associate photographer.

My portfolio will never take priority over making your life easier on the wedding day. Yes! I've shot weddings on my own and have also second shot/lead shot for other photographers
Yes! I shoot in cRAW (compressed raw) so you have full control over details for a fraction of the file size!
I prefer if you give me 2 64GB SD cards ahead of time (we can meet up, you can mail them, or I'll get them on the day of after getting ready shots). I have dual card slots so I'll always have copies. For Associate Shooting, I pay for Dropbox and will send you a direct link with all the photos.
For sure! The above photos are all from contracted sessions. But here is a gallery of additional photos exclusively from weddings I have shot on behalf of other photographers.
Each wedding is different and I recognize there might be limitations for image use. I'd love to chat more about details but I do enjoy sharing photos of my work to highlight the diversity of my skillset. I ALWAYS provide credit on social media posts and never contact clients/vendors/venues. Of course, we can chat about specifics if there are any concerns! :)
